Medical Diploma (DNB/Diploma) in concerned specialty/Department from a recognized Medical Institution/Hospital.
👉 Candidate must be registered under MCI/State Medical Council. • Candidates on bond are not eligible.
👉 Candidates need to provide Bond clearance certificate from Appointing Authority who have completed compulsory post PG Bond Service.
👉 Age: Not exceeding 45 years as on 07.03.2022 & 09.03.2022 for the respective Departments/Specialties (Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/ PWD as per rules).
👉 Emoluments: Senior Resident under Residency Scheme: @ Rs. 67,700/- +NPA plus other allowances as admissible under the rules in Central Govt. of India. The pay scale under 7 ^ (th) CPC is in Level 11 of pay matrix.
👉 NOTE-1: At the time of Interview the candidates shall bring the Originals plus Attested copies of MCI/State MC Registration, Educational qualifications certificate/mark sheets from Matriculation or equivalent onwards, Experience Certificate (if any), Proof of Age (Matriculation certificate/Admit Card), Cast/Category certificate (in case of OBC & EWS candidate, OBC/EWS certificate in updated Govt. of India format to be submitted), 02 recent passport size photographs.

👉 Any kind of private practice shall not be allowed. • No TA / D * A will be admissible for joining purpose.
👉 Candidate selected for engagement will have to execute a contract on a stamp paper of Rs. 100/- The original Contract will remain with second party and its copy will be with candidate. Cost of the stamp paper will be borne by the candidate.
👉 On engagement, Senior Residents will be required to deposit security of Rs. 32,000/- (Rupees thirty two thousand only) through Demand Draft drawn in favour of ESI Fund Account No. 1 payable at Kolkata at the time of Joining, which is refundable only after completion of engagement period and on production of "No dues certificate".
👉 Residential accommodation/quarter will be provided to the selected Senior Residents under Residency Scheme subject to availability. If provided, the ESI-PGIMSR & MC, Joka will not allow any House Rent Allowance (HRA). In case of non acceptance of quarter facilities by him/her inspite of availability of the quarter the ESI-PGIMSR & MC, Joka, authority can deduct admissible HRA from his/her salary.
ಮಾನ್ಯತೆ ಪಡೆದ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ/ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯಿಂದ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ವಿಶೇಷತೆ/ಇಲಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಡಿಪ್ಲೊಮಾ (DNB/ಡಿಪ್ಲೊಮಾ).
👉 ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು MCI/ಸ್ಟೇಟ್ ಮೆಡಿಕಲ್ ಕೌನ್ಸಿಲ್ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೋಂದಾಯಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. • ಬಾಂಡ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಅರ್ಹರಲ್ಲ.
👉ಕಡ್ಡಾಯ ಪೋಸ್ಟ್ ಪಿಜಿ ಬಾಂಡ್ ಸೇವೆಯನ್ನು ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸಿದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದಿಂದ ಬಾಂಡ್ ಕ್ಲಿಯರೆನ್ಸ್ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
👉 ವಯಸ್ಸು: ಆಯಾ ಇಲಾಖೆಗಳು/ವಿಶೇಷತೆಗಳಿಗೆ 07.03.2022 ಮತ್ತು 09.03.2022 ರಂತೆ 45 ವರ್ಷಗಳನ್ನು ಮೀರಬಾರದು (ನಿಯಮಗಳ ಪ್ರಕಾರ SC/ST/OBC/ PWD ಗಾಗಿ ವಿಶ್ರಾಂತಿ).
👉 ಪರಿಹಾರಗಳು: ರೆಸಿಡೆನ್ಸಿ ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಿರಿಯ ನಿವಾಸಿ: @ ರೂ. 67,700/- +NPA ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಯಮಗಳ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ವೀಕಾರಾರ್ಹವಾದ ಇತರ ಭತ್ಯೆಗಳು. ಭಾರತದ. 7 ^ (ನೇ) CPC ಯ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವೇತನ ಶ್ರೇಣಿಯು ಪೇ ಮ್ಯಾಟ್ರಿಕ್ಸ್‌ನ ಹಂತ 11 ರಲ್ಲಿದೆ.
👉 ಸೂಚನೆ-1: ಸಂದರ್ಶನದ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಮೂಲಗಳು ಮತ್ತು MCI/ರಾಜ್ಯ MC ನೋಂದಣಿಯ ದೃಢೀಕೃತ ಪ್ರತಿಗಳು, ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಅರ್ಹತೆಗಳ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರ/ಮೆಟ್ರಿಕ್ಯುಲೇಷನ್ ಅಥವಾ ತತ್ಸಮಾನದ ನಂತರದ ಅಂಕ ಪಟ್ಟಿಗಳು, ಅನುಭವದ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರ (ಯಾವುದಾದರೂ ಇದ್ದರೆ), ವಯಸ್ಸಿನ ಪುರಾವೆ (ಮೆಟ್ರಿಕ್ಯುಲೇಷನ್) ತರಬೇಕು. ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರ / ಪ್ರವೇಶಕಾರ್ಡ್), ಜಾತಿ/ವರ್ಗ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರ (ಒಬಿಸಿ ಮತ್ತು ಇಡಬ್ಲ್ಯೂಎಸ್ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ, ಒಬಿಸಿ/ಇಡಬ್ಲ್ಯೂಎಸ್ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ನವೀಕರಿಸಿದ ಭಾರತ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಫಾರ್ಮ್ಯಾಟ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಕು), 02 ಇತ್ತೀಚಿನ ಪಾಸ್‌ಪೋರ್ಟ್ ಗಾತ್ರದ ಛಾಯಾಚಿತ್ರಗಳು.
• ಸೂಚನೆ-2: ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಅಕಾಡೆಮಿಕ್ ಬ್ಲಾಕ್ 2 ↑ (ND) ESI-PGIMSR ಮತ್ತು ESIC ಮೆಡಿಕಲ್ ಕಾಲೇಜ್, ಜೋಕಾದಲ್ಲಿ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆಗಾಗಿ ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 10.00 ಗಂಟೆಗೆ ವರದಿ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು.
👉 ನಿಯಮ ಮತ್ತು ಶರತ್ತುಗಳು:
👉 ಯಾವುದೇ ರೀತಿಯ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಅಭ್ಯಾಸವನ್ನು ಅನುಮತಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. • ಸೇರುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಯಾವುದೇ TA / D * A ಅನ್ನು ಅನುಮತಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
👉 ನಿಶ್ಚಿತಾರ್ಥಕ್ಕೆ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ರೂ.ಗಳ ಸ್ಟಾಂಪ್ ಪೇಪರ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಒಪ್ಪಂದವನ್ನು ಕಾರ್ಯಗತಗೊಳಿಸಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. 100/- ಮೂಲ ಒಪ್ಪಂದವು ಎರಡನೇ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಉಳಿಯುತ್ತದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅದರ ಪ್ರತಿಯು ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯ ಬಳಿ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ. ಸ್ಟಾಂಪ್ ಪೇಪರ್‌ನ ವೆಚ್ಚವನ್ನು ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಭರಿಸಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
👉 ನಿಶ್ಚಿತಾರ್ಥದ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ, ಹಿರಿಯ ನಿವಾಸಿಗಳು ರೂ.ಗಳ ಭದ್ರತೆಯನ್ನು ಠೇವಣಿ ಮಾಡಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.32,000/- (ಮೂವತ್ತೆರಡು ಸಾವಿರ ರೂಪಾಯಿಗಳು ಮಾತ್ರ) ಇಎಸ್‌ಐ ಫಂಡ್ ಖಾತೆ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ. 1 ರ ಪರವಾಗಿ ಡ್ರಾಫ್ಟ್ ಡ್ರಾಫ್ಟ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಕೋಲ್ಕತ್ತಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇರುವ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾವತಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ, ಇದು ನಿಶ್ಚಿತಾರ್ಥದ ಅವಧಿಯನ್ನು ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸಿದ ನಂತರ ಮತ್ತು "ಬಾಕಿಯಿಲ್ಲದ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರವನ್ನು" ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ನಂತರ ಮಾತ್ರ ಮರುಪಾವತಿಸಲ್ಪಡುತ್ತದೆ. .
👉 ಲಭ್ಯತೆಗೆ ಒಳಪಟ್ಟು ರೆಸಿಡೆನ್ಸಿ ಸ್ಕೀಮ್ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾದ ಹಿರಿಯ ನಿವಾಸಿಗಳಿಗೆ ವಸತಿ ವಸತಿ/ಕ್ವಾರ್ಟರ್ ಅನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಒದಗಿಸಿದರೆ, ESI-PGIMSR ಮತ್ತು MC, Joka ಯಾವುದೇ ಮನೆ ಬಾಡಿಗೆ ಭತ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು (HRA) ಅನುಮತಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ತ್ರೈಮಾಸಿಕದ ಲಭ್ಯತೆಯ ಹೊರತಾಗಿಯೂ ಅವನು/ಅವಳು ತ್ರೈಮಾಸಿಕ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸದಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ, ESI-PGIMSR ಮತ್ತು MC, ಜೋಕಾ, ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರವು ಅವನ/ಅವಳ ಸಂಬಳದಿಂದ ಸ್ವೀಕಾರಾರ್ಹ HRA ಅನ್ನು ಕಡಿತಗೊಳಿಸಬಹುದು
